My crabs were lovely, large,

"My crabs were lovely, large, and very full of meat. I was delighted to see that my ½-dozen was actually 8 crabs. Huge claws and just wet enough to get most of the meat out with leg pulls. I realize I should have paid for expedited shipping. They were packed professionally and very well but the three-day transport was too long and in Texas heat, the box was not as cool as it should have been. As a result, I think, my crabs were not as sweet as I expected. Not an issue with the crabs or the preparation, just a lesson for me to suck it up and pay for overnight delivery."

"I was born and raised in Maryland eating Large or Jumbo crabs at least once a week. I relocated to Lynchburg, Virginia in 2008 and had nothing but terrible Crab situations since then. Recently, I have tried online MD Blue crab purchases and have been disappointed. After trying 3 other online sites, Chesapeake Crab Connection finally delivered Extra large, Meaty crabs that were worth the cost."

"My husband and I took a chance and placed an order, and we're glad we did. The crabs are excellent. There's a crab house 4 blocks from us and the crabs are really good, but there always a long line. Ordering from Chesapeake helps us skip the line and there's no long wait because the delivery can be as quick as overnight. Take a chance like we did and I PROMISE, you will thoroughly enjoy these crabs UNLESS you don't like heavy, meaty, tender, properly cooked crabs. We just placed an order for us but invited a couple friends over to watch Sunday football so we're ordering some for them."

"Being from Alabama, we do seafood boils. And that will always be my first choice. However, the steamed crabs from here are starting to grow on me. I got half a dozen male Supers. The season was a off for them to be filled up, but most were decent. The taste was good enough for me to want to try more. Fingers crossed."
