How are your crabs shipped?

Our crabs are carefully packed with insulated coolers and gel packs to maintain peak freshness during transit. For longer transit times we are also able to utilize dry ice to keep frozen items in a complete frozen state. We use fast shipping to ensure your order arrives in top condition, whether live or steamed.

Do you offer seafood besides crabs?

"OMG, I’ve been thinking about ordering these forever. I come from a big seafood family and I’ve had Chesapeake Crab Connection when visiting friends in Lancaster, but it's been a while, so I knew whenever I came home to Pittsburgh it would be ON!! Placed an order yesterday for a bushel of female crabs. FedEx originally estimated delivery between 8 AM and 8 PM, then updated to 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM, but it actually arrived an hour before the updated window! I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. Sent out the bat signal and the family pulled up like the Avengers in Endgame. The crabs came with heating instructions, but we’re cold crab folks. They were super juicy and thick! It even came with two free crab cakes. We each made our own personal butter bowls with whatever flavors we like, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Packed perfectly with ice packs on both the top and bottom of the styrofoam box. No complaints on my end!"
