Pick the day you want your crabs to show up — and they'll be there. It's that simple.

How it works:

1. Pick your seafood
2. Choose your delivery date at checkout
3. Select a shipping option at checkout

That's it. If a date shows up as available, your order will arrive fresh on that day. We only show you dates that work — so there's no guessing.

Shipping Options:

• Fast & Fresh Economy (1–4 days depending on where you live) — Free on orders $300+
• Standard Air (2 days) — Free on orders $300+
• Priority Overnight (next day) — Free on orders $300+

Pro tip: Order early and save money with the Economy option.

What ships how:

• Steamed crabs & frozen seafood → Economy, Standard Air, or Priority Overnight
• Live crabs & fresh seafood → Standard Air or Priority Overnight only

Good to know:

• We ship Monday–Friday, for delivery Monday–Saturday
• Order cutoff is 4PM EST
• We ship with FedEx and UPS
• Some deliveries arrive as late as 8–9PM
• Deliveries to rural or restricted areas may vary — call us if you're not sure
• Larger orders may require two (or more) separate boxes to ship safely — additional shipping costs may apply for extra box(es). We'll let you know before your order ships if this applies to you.
• Shipping insurance is optional at checkout. If you opt out, we're not able to cover packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit — our satisfaction guarantee still covers the quality of what you receive, but not the shipping itself.
